Accounts Payable Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a superb international business and extremely profitable business based near the Haywards Heath area.

You will be joining a small finance team in what is an interesting and challenging Accounts Payable role- rather than being focused on high volume inputting, it is lower volume but more complex Accounts Payable and, in time, it’ll give you exposure to management accounting too!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices and expense claims
• Resolving queries domestically or overseas
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Multi-currency payments
• Assisting with the management accounting process

The ideal candidate, will…

• Have at least some Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable experience- be this in a specialist role or as part of an Accounts Assistant one
• Possess a good grasp of general accounting and a passion for finance
• Be a finance graduate or an AAT student (desired not essential)
• Be comfortable working in an on-site setting
