Working within a large, booming finance department, your role will focus on AP activities first and foremost, which shall include…
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Expenses
- Preparing and processing monthly payments
But it is not an extremely high volume role but rather an analytical one, which will also give you involvement in:
- Preparing reports and analyses for management
- Assisting the Accounts Receivable department
- Project work as required
- Speaking to different heads of business
This position would suit a forward-thinking finance professional, looking for a challenging and evolving role.
To apply for this role, you will need:
- At least some experience working within Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger (at least 1-2 years)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to speak to senior people
- Strong Excel skills
- A passion for finance and a good understanding of general accounting concepts- it would be preferable that you are studying for an AAT
