Head of Finance permanent job based in Hove, East Sussex

£55-60,000, negotiable. Hybrid working pattern.

Are you a qualified accountant looking to make a meaningful impact in your next role? We have an exciting opportunity with a Brighton & Hove-based charity in the visible role of Head of Finance.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and a seat at the SLT table, this is a full-time position (37 hours per week), but the client will consider part-time (4 days) or condensed hours to fit your schedule. Plus, an offers a hybrid working pattern for added flexibility.

While experience in the non-profit sector is preferred, it is not a requirement. Your essential technical accounting skills and team management experience are crucial. However, what will truly set you apart are your abilities in influencing, strategic thinking, value add, organisational, and change management.
