Trade Compliance Manager – Lead with Impact in Global Operations

Are you ready to shape trade compliance strategy in a high-impact role? We’re hiring a Trade Compliance Manager to oversee global classification and export control processes for a leading international technology business.

Based in Hoeselt (or Antwerp with regular travel), you’ll manage product classifications, oversee licensing requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance across EU and U.S. jurisdictions – all while supporting a wider EMEA trade compliance strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead classification of hardware/software with ECCNs and tariff codes
• Manage compliance data in SAP GTS and maintain process accuracy
• Interpret and apply EAR, EU dual-use controls, and re-export rules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and advise on trade risks
• Act as a key point of contact for customs procedures and queries

What You Bring:

• Deep knowledge of EU/U.S. export regulations and dual-use compliance
• Proven experience with SAP GTS or similar systems
• Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to solving compliance challenges
• Fluent dutch
